Q: Is there a minimum order?

A: Yes. A full barrel or 25 cases.

Q: Do I pay for the whole order in advance?

A: Yes. We require full payment upfront.

Q: How many types of wine can I choose from?

A: Boston Winery produces over 30 different kinds so there should be a significant choice available.

Q: How do I receive the boxes I ordered?

A: You will pick them up at our warehouse.

Q: How far in advance do I begin the process?

A: That depends on the package you choose. Please keep in mind that custom labels take time to design, print, and apply. Typically, we need 4-6 weeks from the design date to complete the printing and application process.

Q: Do you provide the artwork for the label?

A: Customer provides the completed label design.

Q: Do you provide the printing of the label?

A: We work with several printers and we will help expedite the process for you. However, we don’t print the labels.

Q: How will my clients know it’s a delicious wine from Boston Winery?

A: Our labels must be TTB approved, which means there are language requirements including who vented and bottled the wine. So Boston Winery’s name will be on the bottle.
