Shark in the Pond – Russian River, California: A custom blend of two select Chardonnays, a Voignier, and Savignon Blanc creates a unique fusion of fruit and floral essences. Zests of Granny Smith apple and Meyer lemon bring out the more delicate herbal notes of grass and honeysuckle. We love this wine paired with one of our fresh seafood dishes, particularly oysters.
