“Wine” Down with Yoga at Boston Winery

And breathe.

And breathe.

The days are already getting shorter, school is starting, and our hectic routines start to return to our sun-kissed days. To help our friends wine down and eliminate stress from our crazy schedules, we are bringing Yoga to Boston Winery!

On September 15th, Reiki master and yoga instructor Hania will be leading a 60-minute Vinyasa Yoga class to encourage you to stay present and peaceful while you transition into your busy fall season. Kindly join us in a seated position and melt into your Sitz Bones while we explain how this popular yoga style will save your September!

Vinyasa: nyasa : “in a special way” / vin : “to place”

Vinyasa Flow is also known as moving meditation because, like its definition, you are meant to transition through the poses in a special and mindful way. While there are always patterns in poses with each yoga class, Vinyasa classes are never the same, keeping yogis on their toes - sometimes literally!

Monumental for Your Mind

Empty your mind, open your heart.

Empty your mind, open your heart.

During Vinyasa, you're instructed to move mindfully and with intention. By flowing from one pose to another, these poses require all of your attention! While you're focusing on each movement, you won't be able to hear the inner stress monster that's reminding you about that deadline for work!

Healing for Your Heart

How rejuvenating!

How rejuvenating!

Get ready to pick up the pace! In Vinyasa classes, you are guided through poses without many pauses, making this practice aerobic. You'll feel your blood pumping, improving your circulation and heart strength. It's relaxing but still a workout and quite a rush!

Instrumental for Your Immune System

Heading into the colder seasons, we want to ensure that we're staying healthy and who says you can't have fun while you're protecting your body? Vinyasa will activate your lymphatic system allowing your body to flush out toxins and strengthen your white blood cells!

Satisfying for Your Soul

It’s all about balance.

It’s all about balance.

Yes, Vinyasa Yoga will have your soul rejuvenated. Still, with the combination of our wine and our house-made pizza after a class with Hania, you'll feel elevated to a spiritual experience! Come to our Yoga and Wine event on September 15th to stay healthy and stress-free during this transition into autumn. Salute, Mangia, Namaste!
