A Bruno Christmas Pairing Menu

Wonder what our Christmas menu looks like and how we pair our wines with our Christmas Feast?

Carbs, Proteins, and Sweets are the three main food groups for our Christmas feast. In this pairing, we will be starting with a charcuterie sampler, moving next to our homemade Ricotta Ravioli, followed by a delicious piece of Prime Rib, and finished with a sweet treat of cheesecake.
