Chef Fermine isn't letting porky off the hook without our annual pig roast! He's whipping up some crispy pork belly, pork ribs paired with polenta, and goat cheese smoked bacon panacotta. We will obviously be pairing Chef Gianni's dishes with Boston's best wine!
