Cue the Frank Sinatra, get the gold chains out and get ready for an unbelievable pairing! As we sample some Bruno staples with our wines!

In this pairing, we feature food that Ralph and I grew up on. We have homemade polenta with broccoli rabe and olive oil, as well as ricotta-stuffed ravioli with fresh tomato sauce. Chicken parm was and is a staple in the Bruno household so it obviously flies its way into pairing number 3. To top it all off we are finishing with Momma Angela's own tiramisu. There will be as much love in the food and wine as we had growing up on these foods!
