Taste 5 homemade kinds of ravioli with 5 locally made wines!
Chef Fermine Torres of Venezia Restaurant is back at it! We're going to be pairing 5 of his homemade ravioli with 5 of our wines! Ravioli are to include:
Ricotta and Nutmeg
Butternut Squash with a brown butter sage sauce drizzled with truffle oil
Mushroom with Alfredo sauce
Spinach and Gorgonzola
Sun-dried Tomato and basil
Each wine is paired with a specific ravioli and while the pairing is taking place will be discussed as well as how we make our wines!
