Chef Fermine pulled out all the tricks to plate out a sampling of his 4 most popular items paired with Boston's best wine.
In this pairing, we are sampling the 4 items Venezia serves the most of! We're starting off with their homemade Cavatelli served with fresh tomato sauce and Pecorino Romano. Next, we have his delicious Chicken Parmigiana. Third, we'll be pairing Venezia's infamous Short Ribs. Finally, the Bruno families Tiramisu recipe that has been passed down for generations! All these delicious menu items will be paired with our wines!
