Join us for an all-level Vinyasa Flow! This all-level flow starts by connecting with our breath and setting our intention for practice. Moving through a sequence of poses focusing on strength, alignment, and balance. Flowing to rhythmic upbeat music at your own pace. By the end of practice, you’ll feel energized and refreshed.

Ending your practice with a guided meditation and a lovely, melty savasana, you will then get to experience a tasting of wines from the Boston Winery paired with hand-crafted pizza made in-house!

Lily believes that yoga’s core intention is to move from where you are currently to a better place physically or mentally by finding & connecting with your breath. Remembering that your breath is more powerful than your body. Lily started her yoga training at 17 years old and has been teaching yoga consistently for 7 years as a 500 Hour Registered Yoga Teacher Trainer & Reiki Master Level I & II.
